As adults we live in a world of pressure, and we need to relieve the stress and tension that life brings at ever chance we get. Working out burns off excess energy and stress, and promotes a sense of calmness and wellbeing. Each class becomes a mini retreat.
We train our students to the best of their ability. Some students come to us “in shape”, while others have come to us with the goal of getting healthier and living a better lifestyle. Most adults come to our academy with limited flexibility. Adults start at any age, as we have had students that have started as late as age 70, and they still have earned their black belts. As a student you are looked upon as an individual, and you are never compared to anyone else. Our instructors will be their every steps of the way. All that is expected is your willingness to try.
